RT Valine is an artist, musician, fisherman, and all around rebel rouser. He is the founding member of the Los Angeles based folk noir band RT N’ THE 44’S. Using instruments crafted from tin, 2x4’s and salvaged parts, RT has stated that RT N’ THE 44s was born out of “an attempt to make listenable music from junk”. He invites us to spend the day with him up on his farm in the hills of El Sereno (“The Tranquil/Serene One”), which is the oldest community in Los Angeles.
